A lot of people lately have been trying to find out how to access Facebook in China. Up until recently, it was possible to access Facebook in China as normal, but certain events in the news have meant that certain portions of the Internet have become inaccesible. This is a bad thing for fans of Facebook, but there are are plenty of ways to get around the block and stay in touch with your friends and family on Facebook from China!

- Web Based Proxy
One of the best services we have seen is http://www.securitales.com. It works very well in China and it is the only web based proxy we could find that supports Facebook chat. It does not require any installation on your computer or any plugin, just your regular browser.
They have a free trial option that works for a few minutes, which is exactly enough to make sure that it works before paying anything.

- VPN
A VPN lets you access Facebook from a normal internet connection. It’s a little bit of software that you install on your computer and then run after you connect to the internet. It sends all of your internet information through a different computer (located in the US or UK for example)…

- Business firewall bandwidth
Some businesses buy bandwidth directly from Chinese telecommunications companies, so multinationals for example can have full access to the Internet without any interruption. Lucky guys!

Good luck with getting access to Facebook in China now you have some options!
