Witty Facebook status

Example: The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.

Ah yes, a classic witty Facebook status (it reminds me of the other one about the Eagle soaring high but the weasel not getting sucked into the engine of a plane!)…everyone wants to do something first, but you should always remember that sometimes it’s wiser to watch what someone does and then copy them and do it better I love this type of status update, as it totally goes against the grain of the normal type of quote which people post like ‘if you believe you can, you will’ and other sickening quotations! I might even put a big post of quotes that you SHOULDN’T use as your Facebook status!

So there it is! I don’t think I’ve ever had a better Facebook status – it really did get me a lot of people commenting and asking me about why I put it and who I was talking about. Well remember, if you don’t know who the first mouse is…it’s probably you! If I find another witty Facebook status, I’ll let you know!

I love penguins, I have for some time. Ever since I saw the movie called ‘Happy Feet’ I have been in love with the little black and white guys with the big hearts – they are always kind to each other and always seem to enjoy sliding around and having fun. This is very similar to how I use Facebook, so the Facebook penguin emote will be one of my new lifesavers!

Will the shark be unhappy? I don’t mean to sound crazy, but up until now I think that the shark emoticon on Facebook has been very happy as the #1 most cool emoticon on the entire site, but right now there is some stuff competition. I will still use the shark smilie but it will probably be less and less as I fall in love with the little penguin!

So anyway, the first ever application that I used on Facebook was one for the NCAA Final Four, we had to prediict the teams who would be in the finals of the College basketball tournament. We could talk trash with our friends as well as see their rankings and our own rankings in the Facebook application. Not bad.

Now the only application I use on Facebook is Happy Farm. Happy Farm is a fun game to play with friends who you sometimes like to annoy! Basically you have a small farm patch which you can plant vegetables on…so you plant them and then leabe them to ‘grow’. When they have matured (after a set amount of time, at least 10 hours) you can ‘pick’ them and sell them for fake money. BUT! If your friends’ veegtables mature and they don’t harvest them, you can steal them! STEAL! I love stealing my friends’ crops on Happy Farm, because they always get mad with me after

I use Facebook every day, and there are so many features than Facebook has that appeal to me. Facebook notes are pretty cool – they’re a good way of keeping up with what my friends are doing in their daily lives, as well as writing messages to them about what I am doing.

I also sometimes leave wall posts for my friends, although because the majority of them are Chinese, they can’t read them. I don’t really mind, because there are some ways of talking to people without using words. For that, I use emoticons.

Facebook emoticons are the best way of talking to each other without using words. They show emotions as well as faces, and they can show a huge amount of information without needing to use English. Facebook emoticons, smileys and smilies are easy to do too. I will try to find a website with some more info about where to find Facebook emoticons and smileys later.
